STEP 1: Getting to Know You

Our first priority is to familiarize ourselves with your needs—taking into account your tastes, budget, floorplan, and overall vision for your space. This step also starts the conversation about products and materials that you may have in mind. Regardless of the scope of your project, we strive to do our best to ensure that you will feel as comfortable as possible after the project is complete. This could include a video call where you walk us through your space and tell us what you are envisioning.

Step 2

Creating a Floor Plan

The next step is to create a 3-D model of your space. You can provide a reference floor plan, or we can guide you through taking the necessary measurements. For smaller projects, pictures or video of the space may be sufficient.

Step 3

Selecting Products & Materials

Now we can start to pull products from over 25 different Italian Brands and place them into the 3-D model. We select the perfect size and suggest materials based on our previous conversations. This is where we can start to see how different products will look and feel in your space.

STEP 4

Presenting and Finalizing the Design

Once the design is ready, we can schedule a virtual meeting to walk you through your 3-D space. In this meeting, we narrow down which items work best for you and reconsider any pieces that are not working. With the 3-D model we can make changes to your space while you watch, allowing you to get an idea of which pieces and designs you like best.

STEP 5

Shipping, Installation and Your Finished Space

Your new furniture will be shipped to our warehouse and inspected before final delivery or ship out to your home. Whether curbside delivery or white-glove installation, our professional team will ensure that the final product is what you envision.
