Interior Furniture Design Consultant
High-end Furniture showroom seeking a Design & Sales Consultant position to be filled for a full time employee. We are looking for someone who can assist in the design process with the client; and as well as ordering the products from manufacturers. This employee needs to be comfortable talking with clients and guiding a conversion. This employee needs to be driven and self-sufficient at tasks while still able to work in a team environment.

Our showroom is located in Winnetka, IL. The employee must have their own mode of transportation to client home consultations throughout Chicagoland at any time.

Sales and Interior Design experience required.

Must be familar with the following programs:

• Sketch Up
• Google Drive (Sheets specifically)
• Microsoft Powerpoint, Adobe, & Excel

Skills Needed:

• Communication - ability to speak and email back and forth with clients efficiently and respectfully
• Ability to work in a team
• Reading & Designing Floor plans and furniture arrangements
• Self-managed; can still handle tasks while left on your own and not being immediately directed.
• Memory aptitude to remember brands and styles.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 5 Days a week, Must be available to work Saturdays

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
